I was prescribed IMIGRAN injection last april after 15 years of clusters, it is the only thing that has worked for me due to the fact of my constant vomitting over the cluster period. Inject it straight into your thigh anywhere soon as possible, the after affects are a bit strange but who gives a shit ,the headaches gone and your back to normal for another 6 hours.The only problem is you aren't supposed to take over a certain amount over a specified period I forget what because I don't care, which is worse? I once took to many and spent the next 2 days walking on air and vomitting. It's just a bit of a problem convincing the DR to give you more than 2 at a time. Tell him your suffering when it's gone and get your stocks up.
