scary indeed... told me i was in for what i knew was a very bumpy ride for the duration.
just smilin' thru the best way i know how without anything but ocm's now :).
chiropractor showed me how to help in areas of muscle tension, lymph massage to increase oxygen flow, etc... i'll try just about anything that sounds feasible just as we all do.
