My husband has been chronic for 12 years and has been so close he actually said goodbye to me one night. He said he could not take the pain any more. His quality of life was over. But a very strange thing happened. We were talking about what the afterlife would be like, whether there really is heaven and hell, you know. The subject of hell was discussed, and what if hell is spending all eternity with a cluster headache? Let me tell you, that thought scared the &!#* out of my hubby. He had never considered that possibility, but life with cluster headaches had to sound better than that. So if all the other million reasons not to take your own life don't seem to motivate you, perhaps that one is a last resort. I don't mean to be negative, but hey, you are not alone. I don't want to see anybody lose this battle, including you!! Good luck to you.
