Hi,
After my latest experience and reading some other peoples feelings on the matter, I can't help but see a correlation between these headaches and the behavior of a child. A loved-starved child will do anything and endure almost anything to get the attention he/she needs. In dysfunctional homes, it is not uncommon for a child to misbehave in order to get attention even if it the attention entails abuse. Also, if a smart yet immature child finds out he is being tricked into behaving, he may get upset or throw a tantrum. With really troubled children, the very attempt to control their behavior can result in a major tantrum. The more I think about this the more I think this may be more than just an analogy.
