What is the action that causes O2 to work? I always figured that the higher concentration of oxygen in the blood consequently required a lower flow of blood for the body and let/causeed the blood vessels to constrict. If this is correct, maybe the breath-rite strips that hold the nostrils open may prolong the effects of O2. This also makes me retract my suggestion that smoking may help because the nicotine constricts the blood vessels. The CO in smoke also displaces the bloods ability to transport oxygen so may be a detriment.
