Sorry about that tmj thing,i wasn't trying to sound
like an ass,but i guess i did......
Anyway.....no sleep huh? I find that no napping,and
keeping yourself VERY busy thru the day works for me
to help stop those nightly attacks! I know this is
going to sound stupid,but the way i figure it is i'm
so exausted at the end of the day my body just goes
into a very deep sleep!I am literally pooped out! And
i make sure i go to bed early so if it does come,it's
usually early enough to still get some sleep.
