Hi, Thanks for your nice post. I have been chronic for 3 years having 6-8 ha a day. I have tried many different meds to prevent ha and nothing works. I just started Lithium a month ago. It seems to be looking good for me. I used zomig, imitrix and migranol to help abort my ha because my neuologist didn't want me taking zomig every day of the week. I like the migranol also and find it fast acting. However, there have been resent reports issued and someone had cut and pasted it on the board here in the last 2 weeks aabout DHE shots and causing heart valve damage. I had planned on asking my dr. about the nasal spray and how that would effect me. I have not worked the last year and have spent most of the last year in bed. I think your post could be almost anyone of us. Welcome to the family.
