I've posted about verapamil before...Lee's been taking it since mid-December. It hasn't entirely wiped out the CHs, but has lessened the number and severity of them. When he does get them, an imitrex pill taken at the onset will help within minutes. I don't know why more docs don't prescribe verapamil. From what I've read it's becoming a standard first line of preventative treatment. Of course, I'm still amazed at the difficulty many of you encounter when trying to get a script for O2. I guess we've been very lucky with the docs we've had. Anyway, hope Dave can try the verapamil. Good luck, Joy
