For me, this is another site full of pseudo scientific psychobabble.
There is some bla bla of electromagnetic energies of a such wonderfully strange kind, a dumb physicist does not know, and therefore can not measure:
Energy travels in a figure eight pattern through the body. It enters the left foot, crosses at the navel, and surfaces at the K-27 points, crosses the navel again and exits out the right foot.
This guy also speaks of vibrations of the body and it's interaction with light:
The human body is also a prism that reflects this white light. Color therapy is the science (sic!) of the use of different colors to change or maintain vibrations of the body to that frequency which signifies good health and harmony.
His description of the blood is also a bit different from the medical text books:
Hemoglobin, the red element in the blood, is an iron molecule that is magnetic. It reacts to vibration to produce the oxygen carrying component of the blood. Iron is a positive ion and oxygen is a negative ion.
While the "alternative" views quoted above might appeal to some simple minded, his phantasies about breathing must be obvious to everyone caring to juggle some numbers:
He states that we take about 21600 breath per day, equivalent to 15 per minute. And he recommends that we always breath very deeply. IMO this should lead to some heavy hyperventilation, unless you are a bicycle racer or Marathon runner of course.
According to this expert we need 88 pounds of oxygen per day to keep our vibrations working.
88 pounds of oxygen is 55880 liters at normal conditions, and a bit more at room temperature.
55880 liters/day is the same as 38.8 liters/minute. Clusterheads, there is lot of improvement ahead!
Air contains 21% of oxygen, so to get 38.8 liters of oxygen we need to breath each minute 185 liters of air, that is 12.3 liters with each breath. I don't know what the lung capacity of an elephant is, but up to now I thought that a well trained athlete has a lung of about 4 liters.
The whole is a scam to sell his book, that at $24 (including shipping) is only slightly less than membership to OUCH for a year.
Instead of wasting your time on the site of this snake oil pedlar you rather should visit the pages that Bob Johnson recommends from time to time: http://www.quackwatch.com/. There you can learn to recognize the shoddy methods, scams and tricks the quacks employ in trying to transfer money from your pocket into their's.
(Thank you Bob for suggesting a worthwhile investment of my spare time :-)
