You mentioned when you took a walk in the cold iowa night it helped. When nothing else has helped in a pinch i have buried my face in the freezer and snorted the cold air thru my sinuses as hard as i could. I swear it brings substantial relief! I live in southern california so it's never cold enough to just breathe the air...(a sincere apology to all the minnesotans!!!) Just a thought you might want to consider.!!
