This may be bad news for you, but there are people here who have had clusters for 40 years and longer. On the other hand, with some people clusters disappear for a year or two, or even 5-10 years. But they may come back.
It might be helpful to check out all the info under the buttons on the left.
You mention a german drug - there is also a german cluster headache site! They may have more up to date info about german medication.
