Steve, he takes the pill if he has shadows or feels it coming on and within 1/2 hour it usually works. However, you know how these clusters creep up very fast and sometimes you never no how bad it will be. Like right now for instance, he took a pill 45 minutes ago, and his cluster climbed up to a 5 within minutes of the pill (first time in at least 1 month) now he is pacing the floors because he won't be able to take an injection for at least 1 hour (Im really not sure about this, but I am afraid to let him take it to soon, of course I feel terrible).
But the pills have been working the past few weeks, I guess the clusters just were not that bad. You can take 4 50mg in 24 hours. I sure hope this does not mean we are back where we were in October.
