Hello Gang.
I have not had a cycle now since September ... and that one plus
one in July have been all that I have had since my first 8-week
cycle this spring. More importantly, the drugs I have right now
(proprananol, Stadol NS, and Amerge) in addition to control of eating,
sleeping, and breathing habits have helped me to avoid several cycles
that I felt coming before they could move beyond shadows.
I just wanted to let you all know that all though I am not posting
often any more, I am still around. Definitely not as much as when I
was in cycle, but I still check the board, and even post occassionally.
I want you all to know how much this board has meant to me. You helped
me through the terror of not knowing what was happening when I got my
first cycle ever, and I will never forget that. I still have a certain
feeling of family with everyone on this board. Thank you so very much.
