One month ago I was approached by somebody who offered me a sure fire natural cure for (a.o.) clusters. She told me it would work for other ailments too, but I don't have any.
I won't tell you what I paid, but the next day she came to my house and after a longish ceremony (involving feathers, herbs, some dancing and tom tom music) she finally handed me a long thin strip of leather and a very sharp magic knife.
She told me I was to cut off a 1 centimeter piece of leather every day. I then had to put it in my mouth and chew it, all day long, never taking it out off my mouth until I went to bed.
She then chanted some more, strewing herbs in my bedroom, and left.
I cut off the first piece that very day and started chewing.
I faithfully repeated the process each and every day.
The last piece went yesterday. I still have clusters. So I spoke a message into her answerphone:
"The thong has ended, but the malady lingers on..."
