for what it's worth...my opinion that is..
Seems kinda heated here at the moment and thought i'd add my own thoughts to the fire. I haven't posted for awhile and read the board only every 4-5 days. Things are hanging by a thread with the ha's fast and furious and other demands overwhelming! I don't bring dictionary definitions or medical facts just my thoughts.
I've seen alot in the last 8 months on the board, people laughing,joking,happy,sharing,supporting,crying and thinking about dying. I've seen others being hateful and mean or humiliated and left hanging all alone.
We all came seeking this place because we had a need. Be it for information,support,to share your problems or vent,seek advice or nurture or find a place to be not alone in this.
All those things can be found in this one place....However anyone is dealing with their ha's through meds,support,or even stirring the pot here is fullfilling a need.

Take what you need for yourself,give what you can to others,form your own opinions based on what's best for you. I still believe in what I posted several months ago...Look for the best and forget the rest!...
