Went off to see the Neurologist this week with my boyfriend. The Neurologist had been to a conference in the States and told us that in GB and Europe the dosage of prednisolone has been too small for too long! Now they recommend 80 mg per day for a week before tapering down 70, 60 etc. It had very good results - let's hope we don't need to test them ourselves but at least it was something encouraging. The overheating thing where my boyfriend is so hot I can't touch him, well that was a mystery to the Doc but he said it was probably cluster related?!
