if you are currently in cycle, cluster don't change if you move to sunny or cold place, they also mantain the same scheduling (e.g. If you got an attack at 2 AM in UK, you got the same attack at 9 PM in New York)

Otherwise, if you're not in cycle, I don't think (also in my experience) that a trip in warmer places can be a cycle trigger. May be (MAY BE!) the opposite, from warm to cold.
