Under the buttons on the right there's a lot of information. I'd suggest you print it all out to read at your leisure.
Imitrex is a migraine med, that's true, but the fast acting imitrex shots have done a lot for clusterheads. The nose spray a little less. (And read the imitrex tip on the left).
Then there is oxygen, inhaled with a non-rebreather mask (not the nose canules you know from TV hospitals) and with a valve set at an outflow of at 7-15 liters per minute. It has helped many of us, and has some great advantages over medication.
