My husband used Nimotop. The first year, it worked like a magic pill. Within 24 hrs., he quit having clusters. When he started going further between doses, he started to get the cluster-coming feeling. Then, he'd go back to normal doses. Periodically, he would back off the medicine, and see if the clusters came back. When he didn't get another, he quit taking it. He was over that episode. However, the next year, it didn't seem to work at all. But, thank God, Imitrex shots came along, and as expensive as they are, are cheaper than Nimotop.
