Hi...haven't written for some time, but good news. Only shadows mostly. But when the shadows gather, get up immediately, don't lie there in pain. Take an imotrex or zomig, or excedrin. Daily taking 500mg magnesium, 400 B2, and 10 prednisone. Also drinking lots of water, trying to breathe deeply, and I see some improvement. The first improvement after 10 years of dreading nightfall.
