I would only like to add that, as with most of the chemicals we take to ward off the demon, there is probably not one dosage or one way of ingesting the shrooms that is effective for everyone. Some may get better relief with starting low and working up. Because I have very fond, if not a bit distorted, memories of shrooms, I would be prone to starting with a high dose. :-)
