There are a bunch of places on the web with pre-written scripts for all kinds of things, search engines, voting, e-mail lists, message boards, etc.
The only one I've done is the CH Doctors page. It was the script that Deej used for the original Where We Live Page. I just had to change a few lines here and there to get it to work.
The one for the Nominations/Voting page is the FrontPage 2000 default form handler. It does it automatically.
