The way I took is was about 1-1/2 grains per day. That was years ago and my Doc said it was like having a martini in me all the time. I wish it felt that way, but I just felt like a klutz. I agree that if you take it now and then, it's a great sleeping pill. ZZZZZ-Charlie <8-)
