Dear sufferer
i am 35 years old and have suffered from cluster headaches since i was 21 years old.
i initially thought it was toothache , but after repeated visits to numerous ent specialists and nuro surgeons and nurologists i finally accepted that i was a full blown cluster headache sufferer.
I echo all cluster headache sufferers stories and tales but my solutuion is as follows.
I always beleived that my headaches were seasonal and after research realized that it was always at the time of year when pollon counts were at their highest.
basically i beleive that my body was producing far too much histamine during august / september in the southern hemisphere , thus causing my annual cluster headaches.
i would arm myself with nothing other than imigram injections which gave me immediate relief but at the same time were crippling me finacially, and were really only a temporary solution as i would more than likely get a futher headache that night or the following morning.
one year ago i was told to use a nose spray [prescription] called nasomixin - it is reletively cheap and works . when i feel my sinuses or eye starting to tighten , which is an alarm bell for me , i spray two squirts of nasomixin up my right nostral which is the side where my headaches always occur - instant relief .
try it - it has been my saviour and you guessed correct -i carry it all the time during july / august /september and october
please contact me if you require further details
goog luck
