Thanks, Annemarie, I really appreciate the information. I haven't tried heat yet... cold has worked for me, but even though I leave in 2 weeks, that gives me 13 nights x 3 attacks = 39 times to try something new!! (Looking on the bright side, here..)
I kneed to have a chat with my doctor and explain about all this new information (new to me!).
