Well, I don't drink wine....as Bela once said. .I make it a point to drink on religious holidays and my birthday. I drink so much coffee that I believe I'm inured to the stuff. I never found anything I thought was a trigger. It probably was there but I was too dumb to see it. I had such good results with the biofeedback that I'm probably a real pita about it. I can tell you that with me it involes concentration and a lot of hard work. You have do it even through the pain. What it almost always did was shorten these things down to no more than 15 or 20 minutes. I hope you feel better.- - - Charlie
