Does anyone think that food has any effect on clusters?
My cycle is very strange this time. My cluster headaches came back two weeks ago and have been very mild compared to two years ago when I was suicidal from them. They started on labor day and for the first week, they were coming every third night and then they were gone for one week and I thought that they left for good and just two nights ago they came back and I had one last night that was more intense. The night they returned, I had baked these chocolate squares that were loaded with sugar and I had a few and I am wondering if that triggered it? Has any one had experience with food, or do you all think they just come and go without and rhyme or reason? I am just trying to find out why we all get them and what triggers them. I don't smoke and I only drink occasionaly, so it can't be that.
