Glad you've found something that works for you but O2 while lying down in a sleepy state can be dangerous. First, suffocation is always possible if you fall asleep and the tank runs out. Second, it is also possible to go over the maximum recommended dosage. Continuously exceeding the max can cause lung damage. I always sit when on O2 and if there is a chance I'll fall asleep, I don't strap the mask on but rather hold it to my face. Best of luck.
