Allergies are not always detected, especially Type IV, which may take up to 4 days to develop after intake of a certain food - thus the cause/effect relation not noticeable. Had tests myself 20 years ago because I saw a relation - negative - the doctor's argument: NO SKIN RASH - NO ALLERGY. If you have skin rash, it is very likely to be food allergy, milk/lactose, yeast, cereals, citrus the most common! There is also INTOLERANCE, which may not show up as allergy in tests, so doctors will tell you there is no allergy, but that does not mean a certain food is no harm to you. Finally I had tests done at my own expense a few years ago, very costly in a special lab, where they can detect "type IV" (slow) allergies. At last I had confirmation about what I had always felt: MILK (and all dairy produce), yeast (I thought I had a Candida problem, but it's a real allergy to yeast), but surprisingly there were a few more that I had never suspected, trout, paprika spice. Although there is no allergy to cereals, I feel much better when I cut them out of my diet.
Investigate about the best allergy lab in your area, try an environmental clinic, and ask if they make any "Type IV allergy" tests.
Why not just give it a try (no cost) and just leave all dairy produce out of your diet for a week, but very consistently (there's a lot of hidden lactose in processed food, even sausages)
if you cant leave the cereals at the same time, at least cut out the yeast (bread) and corn.

best luck to you
