Simon Bower at the UKCH site (check it out on the headaches link to the left of this page) has written a brilliant information sheet especially aimed at Colleagues at Work: run it off and give it to you boss / workmates. I did and found that my staff are now very understanding, very supportive when I'm in a cluster cycle. Also, keep an 02 tank at work as well as at home to help get though your attacks quickly.
