I tried feverfew a number of years back but it didn't really do anything. Everyone is different though. Maybe I didn't give it enough time. Tried briefly once some ginger capsules and may try that one again. Seemed too powerful when I was on other medications. I believe it is a vaso constrictor.
I run a 2 month cycle and have had this same type of occurrence. Usually mine build over two months but have had them mild some years and others like a freight train. I have found that it may be in the last week before they suddenly let up as well. There seems to be no rhyme or reason.
