You need to see a Neuro and get a more current diagnosis. I have been having cluster headaces for over 30 years and have seen doctors literally around the world, and I have never even heard of anybody have cluster headaches and Migraines. The is a drug Imitrex that is very effective for cluster headaches. The injection form normally relieves the pain within 15 mins with no impact on working or driving. I also have a very demanding job, and the Imitrex if often the only way I can work.
