I'm a 35 year old Submarine sailor suffering just as all of you from clusters. I was diagnosed 4 years ago. Mostly getting them at night but as of late both day and night. My Dr. just took me off Imitrex nasal spray and put me on Sansert with an "as needed" slug of O2. Anyone have any success with this combo?
