Thanks for this, I'll lookit up immediately. I did have a 2 1/2 year remission from the headaches and I was lifting weights. I think it had more to do with the anabolics I was taking at that time than the exercise though. I had over 2 years of no headaches at all, none. Alcohol is a major trigger for me and it did nothing during that period. Anyway, I'll check your old posts and dig that out. Whether it works or not, your time is appreciated.
