Thanks for replying with that. I'll DEFINATELY give this a try. As a matter of fact, when I'm working out frequently and drinking a lot of water, it seems to help. Not enough to really pin down but the headaches seem better and as you say, I don't have to dance with the devil EVERY night. *LOL* Anyway, thank again and the best of luck to you with your own demon.
