You state "(I cannot blame my fine doctor who wished so very much to help me many years ago. He offered what was known and available at the time. More he could not do. I saw the neuro down the hall from him next. She diagnosed me in 5 minutes, but had no medication to offer. Again, it was not her fault that CH had not been more thoroughly resarched at that time.)"
Perhaps the way to do this is that in your case you might state your oppinion, as you just did, and the MDs' IDs', and let us decide if we want to go to him and lose $30,000, suffer horribly for many years, perhaps commit suicide, or go to one that we, based on your and others' statements in the filled questionaires, feel that may answer better to our needs, and perhaps prevent loss of life, money jobs, family, etc.
Please give us the credit that we are not looking to blame or vilify. We are looking to survive, and squandering a golden opportunity such as this questionaire can provide, just by asking the optional question of the MDs' ID could be tragic.
Saving the life of one CH sufferer, or one human being, for that matter is more important than alienating any MDs'.
