Have you ever thought there might be no reason at all? The human body is often depicted as a beautiful system, an intricate mechanism with hormones and other chemical couriers rushing about, all "knowing" what they're doing.
In fact the human system has all sorts of designer faults, unintentionally built-in redundancy and emergency patches. Think of the vermicular appendage to the appendix? What's it for? Nobody knows.
So it is possible there is no reason why this one key opens all doors and creates chaos. Just happens. Like dung.
