You don't need to see it anyway. Just please tell me where I can find out how to move the "submit questionnaire" button to the end of the questionnaire.
Thanks a lot. You all have helped me many times in the past. This is the CH questionnaire I have been promising for quite some time. I would really, really like to get it going for CHAW.
