I don't know if CPH can turn into CH. I have
CPH and my cycles and pain levels have always been
the same except for the last one in the Fall of 99
when the cycle lasted for 9 months. Usually it
would be 4-5 months. The pain level never seemed
to go over a 6 but I would get lots and lots of
6's and had a hard time telling the ending of one
headache and the beginning of another. I was not
able to tolerate the indo so I'm on verapamil
and celebrex which seems to be working OK. I tried
to discontinue the verapamil but starting having
heavy shadows within a day so I went right back
on it. My neuro told me there is a syndrome that
can deveolp with CPH called Hemacrania Continua
which speaks for itself-continuous headache. I'm
quite certain thats what happened to me with this
last cycle.
