I don't know if you are a victim of cluster headaches yourself, Judi. I suspect you are not, or you would not be so quick to criticize. If you are one, then you have my apologies, but I ask you to think about this: It is illegal to sell, give away, or consume Imitrex without a prescription. How many of us have given Imitrex to a fellow clusterhead in need? I know I have, and will again.
And, let's face it, as someone else said here recently, what is a prescription but a note from a doctor saying, "Hey, I saw this person for ten minutes once in my office, and I don't THINK she will abuse this otherwise illegal substance or give it to anyone else, so go ahead and sell it to her" ?
Besides, if the researcher in Montana who contacted Flash recently about his (the doctor's) proposed study gets his authorization, and I see no reason to assume he won't, there will soon be yet another legal source of psilocybin for cluster patients. I am sure Doctor Russo would be delighted to find subjects for his study. I intend to be the first one in line.
