Don't get me wrong, I think CHAW is wonderful.
But it can also be a double-edged sword.
On the one hand, public awarness can lead to better diagnosis and treatment.
On the other hand, it can make insurance that much harder to get.
I was filling out a UNICARE insurance form and the very first question was "Do you have headaches?".
Now, if we didn't call it "Cluster Headaches", but instead, say, "XXX Syndrome" then I could answer "NO" to the question.
I would like to raise the topic "Is it a good marketing decision to continue to brand the condition as a 'headache' or are we better served in the long run by having a different disease identfier"
