verapamil did nothing except make me lethargic. The pharmacist I spoke to said that if you have low blood pressure it will make you feel like a "wet dishrag". How is your norm blood pressure? On the dull headache - once I abort the CH, that is what I live with 24/7 for at least 4-6 weeks.
