Before I quit racing the rats (early retirement) the job I was working had loads of stress (deadlines, high expsure, PIA bosses, etc) but never could connect the strees to CH. For me at least, when the beast is going to attack it doesn't care if it's a job crisis or sitting on the hook in an isolated cove in the Bahamas. BTW, pacing on a 24 foot cruiser can be interesting, there's about 5 feet of "pace space".
