Sansert is an ergot alkaloid, it is an extract of a fungis called ergot. There are two other ergot alkaloids that have been used to treat CH:
Ergotamine
Lysergic Adic
Lysergic acid is also known as LSD. Of the 3 it is the most effective against CH, but no longer used by the medical profession because it has err recreational value.
A perfect natural substitue are mushrooms containing either Psilcybin or Psilocilin. Only a very small dose is required. I've been using this since 1994 with a 100% sucess rate. I've posted a lot about it in the past and if you search you should be able to find more detailed info.
