Still CH free!

But, I've had a sinus headache with pain in the back of my neck for a week now.
Anyone know how I can get rid of this?
Nothing Ive tryed seems to get rid of the neck pain.

Any whoo...
I am now compleatly med. free also. This is the first time in years that I have been able to do this. Im accualy a little scared of not being on the meds. Every time I have done this my CH has always returned.
