There is lots of info here. Both at your left. At least it's on my left and in the message board. I have noticed some brand new things not in the med info, but it's hard to keep up on all the stuff as it keeps coming up so fast sometimes. But always the first step is to find a good nuroligist, one that is up on CH. There is always new things. And lots of support can be found on this site. Sorry to hear you haven't had much luck.
