Thanks for all your responses. I think charley's list is probably right on for Dennis too. I did not know alcohol was so common, or weather fronts, and nitrates are definitely something to investigate. Smells? Have to watch for that.

I think sleep and chocolate are most unfair.

I have also been told that some foods may not instantly trigger a cluster, but the accumulative effect is what sets it off. Any thoughts on this?
