Well, they're back. I tend to avoid this site because I am afraid that just reading about CH will get them going, so I don't mean to seem ungrateful, (especially to you DJ and the help you gave me), for this wonderful site. I don't know if this will make any difference to any of you, but the severity of my CH's have decreased quite a bit over the last several episodes. I don't know what to attribute this to, other than to say that after 10 years of having these stupid things, I am a lot more relaxed about it than I used to be. I was an angry person before I started getting CH's, so you can imagine, CH's compounded this problem and vice-versa. Time has passed,things have changed. I think I have grown up a bit, and my whole demeanor toward life has relaxed. I suffer from cluster headaches and I am not pissed off about it anymore (thats not to say that I would'nt commit senseless acts of violence for a cure!). Anyway, take pride in the fact that you are all survivors people! Keep fighting and DON'T EVER GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
