The answer to your question might possibly be in
your post itself Q as to why not to perform such a drastic
procedure.
Also, O2 starvation, otherwise known as ischemic episode in
the wort case scenarios still remains as a vascular disease.
Do you remember when some time ago I proposed that
vasoconstriction rather than vasodilation might be
a contributory symptom to the pain? I thought that it would
be possible if we had a situation in which due to
vasoconstriction and pre-ischemic condtions may trigger
a phenomena similar to what we experience when
a leg or an ar "goes to sleep". In such case, the nerve
that runs parallel to the vessel suffers from
O2 starvation. We all know how it feels when it happens
in a leg or arm, but how does it feel when it happens
in the brain?
