Clusterheads know the relief in finding this site...since we have so many times been mis-diagnosed and never understood. Help for what ails a Clusterhead lies on the screen before you at this site. Check it out.
My opinions are:
Trauma causing Clusters? Not the norm here but it does seem to occur. I am one of those.
The worst pain ever: Bingo
Women get Clusters.
Length of a CH: ...1/2 hour to a couple of hours seems the norm...BUT...that has caused a lot of debate here, since some report LOOOONG bouts.
Painkillers:...Imitrex NOT touching it ,is unusual...but then again...nothing works for all of us...not good news huh?
Benadryl helping: Some swear by it.
Having toured this whole site: That is saying a mouthful. The archives are over 2 years long and contain a multitude of hidden pearls. The search engine doesn't work as well as I would like...but...it's what it is.
Keeping a journal of events is an excellent idea. Though it's often frustrating cause this demon wants to dance to noones plans. But it may help identify a trigger or a relief valve which is common to you. Then you post that on this board...and someone agrees and you may help someone else...and/or someone takes you out back and beats the hell out of you. (see Nancy's post about the Mule).
